Currently, Fedex and UPS are lagging on their performance guarantees. Customers are currently experiencing delays in delivery times and tracking updates. In some cases, customers do not receive their first shipment update until the package reaches its final destination. We apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
For customized orders, we will take longer, so please be patient with us for 15-20 business days. In some special cases, packages may be delayed and if the package does not arrive within 60 business days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We provide three-day delivery service for products priced below $500, customers can choose the courier service they need on the order page.
Customers may experience delays in delivery times and tracking updates. We have warehouses in California that can ship your order for free.
Can I track my purchase?
Yes, after we ship your order, you will receive an email with the shipping information and you will get the tracking number in the email.

Can you ship to my address?
We only ship to physical addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. protectorates. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
For custom orders, we are expanding to additional countries such as the United Kingdom.

Can you deliver my order to a PO Box?
We only deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and neither the manufacturer nor any of its representatives shall have any other liability in connection with this product. All warranty claims must be made through the retailer from whom the product was originally purchased. A purchase receipt or other proof of purchase date is required to process all warranty claims. The model number and part number from the assembly instructions are required when submitting any parts request or warranty claim.
