1. Arrival & Inspection (Crucial)

  • Before Signing: Inspect the packaging for any visible damage. Ensure the model on the box matches your order confirmation.

  • Damage/Mismatch: If the product is incorrect or damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • 2-Day Claim Window: Please report any hidden damages with photos or videos within 2 business days of delivery. This allows us to file a claim and provide a free replacement promptly.

2. 60-Day Return Window

We offer a 60-day window from the date of delivery for returns:

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: We provide a 100% free return (prepaid labels provided). Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Non-Defective Returns: For any returns not related to product quality, the actual shipping costs incurred (both ways) is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund.

3. Policy After 60 Days: Quality Commitment

  • Return Deadline: Once the 60-day window has expired, we no longer accept returns for refunds or exchanges for any reason.

    • Quality Guarantee: While the return window is closed, your protection continues! If any quality issues arise, we offer free replacements or professional warranty services. Our products are backed by a minimum 2-year warranty to ensure your long-term peace of mind.

4. Refund Standards

Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days after our warehouse inspects the returned item:

  • Full Refund: Item must be in its original, brand-new condition with original packaging.

  • Partial Refund (40%): If the item has been installed, used, or returned without its original packaging, a 60% restocking and depreciation fee will be deducted from the refund.

5. Custom Orders

  • 24-Hour Cancellation: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.

  • Final Sale: Once the 24-hour window passes, the order enters production and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.

6. Shipping & Coverage

  • Service Area: We primarily ship to the contiguous United States.

  • Extended Areas: For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories, please contact our team for a custom freight quote.
