2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures (mechanical or electrical) under normal residential or commercial use. Depending on the issue, Allsumhome will provide replacement parts, a new unit, or a refund at our discretion.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Labor Costs: We do not cover electrician, installation, or removal costs.
  • Misuse & Wear: Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • Consumables: PVC water stop strips/gaskets for shower doors are considered consumable items and are not covered.
