Q:WHY SHOULD I BUY A LED MIRROR?
A:The LED Mirror is the next generation of Mirror and Lighting integration.It can eliminate the need for wall lighting usaually found above traditional mirrors and create a more clean and modern look to any bathroom.
Q:WILL IT BE THE ONLY SOURCE OF LIGHT IN A BATHROOM?
A:No.We don't recommend using a LED Mirrors as the only source of light in a bathroom.We recommend having overhead lighting in addition to Lighted Mirrors to create ideal conditions.
Q:CAN YOUR MIRRORS BE INSTALLED VERTICALLY OR HORIZONTALLY?
A:Yes. All our mirrors can be installed vertical or horizontal. Make sure to pay attention to the dimensions.
Also note that the IR Sensor will rotate as well – according to position of the mirror.
Q:HOW DOES THE ANTI-FOG (DEMISTER PAD) SYSTEM WORK?
A:The anti-fog (demister pad) works automatically when the LEDs are turned on.
The front of the mirror will heat up and takes the fog off the mirror.

Q:WHAT IS DISPATCH TIME FRAME?
A:All mirrors are shipped within 2 business days of order date.
Q:HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A:Shipping takes 5 - 9 open days for delivery .
Q:Can I Track MY MIRROR?
A:Yes, once shipped and processed – you can track your order on-line with the tracking number emailed to you.
INSTALLATION
Q:CAN I INSTALL MY MIRROR WITHOUT A TECHNICIAN ?
A:Yes, you can. We believe that using the manual provided with the mirror is enough for you to install the mirror easily without the need of using a technician services.
But it's safer if you use an electrician.
Q:IS THE INSTALLATION MANUAL PROVIDED WITH THE MIRROR ?
A:Yes, the installation manual is provided and put inside the box.
Q:ICAN THE MIRROR BE INSTALLED HORIZONTALLY AS WELL AS VERTICALLY ?
A:Yes, the mirror can be installed the way you want and according to your space.
Q:WHERE IS THE ON/OFF SWITCH LOCATED ?
A:The Switch is normally located on the right side, however if you rotate the mirror , the switch will move accordingly.
WARRANTY
Q:WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY? WHAT DOES IT COVER?
A: Allsumhome warranties vary by product category and covered component. For mirror cabinets, LED mirrors, and bathroom mirrors, subscribed users receive 3 years of coverage for LED strips and up to 5 years for outlets/USB, touch buttons, defoggers, cabinet structure, and mirror surfaces; non-subscribed users receive 1 year and up to 3 years respectively. Coverage starts on the original purchase date for products purchased directly from Allsumhome.com. See the official Satisfaction First Warranty for all categories and terms.
To register subscriber coverage, complete the membership form included in the product packaging and email it to info@exbriteusa.com. Allsumhome sends a digital membership card within 1–2 business days; keep the card and your Allsumhome.com order number for verification.
Q:WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED MIRROR?
A:If you receive a damaged mirror, please make a claim by email.
We require that you send us pictures of the damaged mirror.
We need the following:
1) one close-up picture of the damaged mirror
2) one picture of the whole mirror
2) one picture of the whole box mirror was packaged in.
4) one close up picture of the shipping label.

Q:IS THE MIRROR PARTS UL CERTIFIED?
A:All electronic parts are UL certified for insurance coverage.
Q:CAN I RETURN A MIRROR AND GET A REFUND?
A: Yes. Allsumhome offers a 60-day return window from the delivery date. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a free return with a prepaid label when returned in the original packaging. For non-defective returns, the actual outbound and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are deducted from the refund. Installed, used, or unpackaged items may receive a 40% partial refund. Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours; after that, they are final sale. Please review the full Return & Refund Policy before returning an item.
Q:HOW LONG DO LED LIGHTS LAST? ARE THEY EASILY REPLACEABLE?
A:LED average life is 25 years or 120,000 hours. They are easily replaceable.
