Pre-Installation Preparation

  • Space Preparation: We recommend that you send photos of your bathroom environment in advance to help us assess the installation difficulty. We also offer old furniture cleaning and removal services (for an additional fee). Additionally, we suggest that you clear the installation area in advance, removing any items that may affect construction to create convenient conditions for the installation team.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to change the installation time, please notify the installation team leader at least 1 day in advance. For example, if the installation is scheduled for Wednesday, please contact us before 6:00 PM on Tuesday to confirm or change the appointment time.
  • Tools and Materials: You do not need to prepare any tools. Our professional team will bring all necessary tools, such as drills, screwdrivers, levels, tape measures, etc. After placing an order, the team leader will communicate with you by phone message to understand your needs in detail, confirm the installation location and size, and determine the installation date and time. We will also check whether the shower door accessories are complete to ensure a smooth installation process.

Installation Process:

  • Installation Location Confirmation: We will confirm the installation location with you again to ensure that it meets your expectations and installation requirements, while also checking the wall's flatness and load-bearing capacity.
  • Unboxing Inspection: We will open the product packaging in front of you to check the appearance and completeness of the accessories. If the accessories are incomplete, the installation team will contact our sales team for handling.
  • Wall Preparation: Using a level, we will determine the installation height and horizontal position, and mark the wall accordingly. If the wall does not meet the installation standards, installation may not be possible.
  • Drilling and Installation: Based on the marked positions, we will drill holes in the wall using a drill and install expansion bolts or hooks and other fixing devices.
  • Function Testing: We will test whether the door opens and closes smoothly and whether the waterproofing is effective.
  • Post-Installation Cleanup (Paid Service): We will clean up the waste generated during the installation process, such as packaging materials, dust, and debris; wipe the surrounding walls and floors of the installation area with a clean cloth to maintain cleanliness; tidy up the tools and materials, and take away all waste.
  • Customer Acceptance: Please have the customer personally inspect the installation, including the appearance and functionality. After confirming customer satisfaction, have the customer sign the installation acceptance form.
  • After-Sales Service Explanation: The installation team collaborates with Allsumhome, and the final interpretation of the warranty is owned by Allsumhome. The installation team is responsible for the risks and actions during the installation process. If necessary, we will contact the installation team to assist in resolving the issue. The warranty period is consistent with the duration stated on the product page. We promise that if you are not satisfied with the installation results, we will make free adjustments until it meets your expectations.

Service Fee Details

  • California On-Site Assessment Fee (Optional): If you are uncertain about the size and style of the products you are purchasing (shower wall panels, bases, mirror cabinets, mirror lights, etc.), you can request a professional technician to conduct an on-site assessment. Each visit costs $xx, and you will also enjoy a discount from our store.
  • Waste Disposal Fee: If the customer requires special handling or transportation of installation waste, the fee is $xx.
  • Basic Installation Fee: Shower door installation costs $xx per set, including basic installation operations and material costs (such as screws, expansion bolts, etc.).

  • Service Attitude: Throughout the service process, we always maintain a polite, patient, and professional attitude, respecting your privacy and household items.
  • Problem Resolution: If any product damage, missing accessories, or other issues are discovered during the installation process, we will promptly communicate with you and resolve them properly.
  • Usage Suggestions: After the installation is completed, our installation team will provide you with daily usage and maintenance tips for the products to help extend their lifespan.
  • Safety and Compliance: We strictly adhere to local U.S. laws, regulations, and safety standards to ensure a safe and reliable installation process.
  • Cancellation Fees:
    • Customer Reasons: If the installation cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (such as inaccurate measurements, product damage, missing accessories, or project delays), a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the customer has chosen our on-site inspection service and the technician's assessment error leads to the purchase of the wrong product, we will not charge this fee.
    • Installation Team Reasons: If the installation is delayed due to issues with the installation team (such as the installer being late or materials not arriving on time), we will not charge any additional fees.
    • Product Damage: If the product cannot be installed due to quality issues, no fees will be charged, and we will re-arrange the installation and delivery time.
