   • Each year, you can trade in your old product for any new Allsumhome product of your choice and receive a 35% discount on the new product's price. You only need to pay the remaining 65% of the product's price.(The renewal discount can be applied after one year from the order date.)

   • By paying just 15% of the product price as a one-time fee, you will enjoy Lifetime of trade-in service, which is equivalent to only a small fraction of the price per year.

2. Waived Relisting Fee on Returns within 60 Days

   • Relisting fee is calculated as 15% of the actual pre-tax amount paid for the full order.
     
   • If you have purchased a product with Allsumhome Care, you are eligible for returns within 60 days of delivery with return relisting fee fully waived. Outbound shipping charges will not be withheld. Only customer return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. This return benefit is available exclusively for products purchased with Allsumhome Care.If returns result from our product defects or store mistakes, no fees will be withheld, and customers get a full 100% refund.
3. Refund Calculation Example

• For a $100 pre-tax order: 
  
  • A fixed 15% relisting fee ($15) will be charged. Return shipping fees depend on actual costs (example: $20).
  • Without Allsumhome Care: Relisting fee and actual return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Example refund amount: $65.
  • With Allsumhome Care: Relisting fee is waived, and only actual return shipping fees will be deducted. Example refund amount: $80.
    Original outbound shipping fees will not be deducted from refunds.
  • If returns are caused by our product quality or store errors, no fees will be deducted, and customers will receive a full $100 refund.

2. Eligibility Requirements

   • Only products purchased from Allsumhome.com are eligible for the trade-in offer.
   • You must have purchased Allsumhome Care in order to take advantage of the trade-in and relisting fee waiver benefits.

3. Trade-In Process

   • Each year, you can exchange your old product for a new one at a 35% discount. You only need to pay 65% of the new product's price.(The renewal discount can be applied after one year from the order date.)
   • Simply submit the Trade-In Form below, and our specialist will assist you with the trade-in process.
