Return Policy
1. Pre-Delivery Inspection:
- Check the box for damages before accepting delivery.
- Confirm product name and model against order confirmation.
- If incorrect or damaged, do not accept delivery and contact customer service immediately.
2. General Return Policy:
- Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Returns are free if the item is not as described, received wrong, has quality issues, or arrived damaged. Photos or videos must be provided.
- For returns due to customer reasons, actual shipping costs will be charged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
- Beyond 60 days, returns can be arranged with the customer responsible for shipping costs. The item must be in original, undamaged condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

I selected this particular mirror because of the nightlight feature with a sensor to turn the nightlight off during the day or when there is light. Unfortunately, the sensor is on the lower right-hand side of the mirror and does not detect the sunlight from the window on the left of the mirror or the bright LED lights I have installed above the mirror. The only way I can confirm that the sensor works is by shining a flashlight directly at it. A couple of other observations, I would not recommend this unit as the only light source for a bathroom. I don’t find it to be sufficient in all instances. Also, there is no way to turn off the LED display, unless you wire it into a switch. If you just plug it into an outlet or hardwire it, you won’t be able to turn it off. The issue is that the LED display is very bright (negating the need for a nightlight at all in my opinion).
Installed two of these as part of a bathroom refresh. Looks and works exactly as we expected.
