In some cases, customers do not receive their first shipment update until the package reaches its final destination. We apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

For customized orders, we will take longer, so please be patient with us for 15-20 business days. In some special cases, packages may be delayed and if the package does not arrive within 60 business days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We provide three-day delivery service for products priced below $500, customers can choose the courier service they need on the order page.

We only ship to physical addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. protectorates. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

For custom orders, we are expanding to additional countries such as the United Kingdom.

Can you deliver my order to a PO Box?
